Ronald McDonald House Charities Expansion

Major expansion and renovation totaling 106,000 SF, including the addition of 80 guest rooms.

The expansion also includes an expanded commercial kitchen and dining space totaling 1,000 SF with a 4,000 SF dining space on two floors, a lobby refresh, improved indoor children’s play area, new administrative offices, new game room, new healing garden and green space and a relocated outdoor play area and splash pad.

This is our second major expansion and renovation at the Ronald McDonald House. The last project included the addition of 42 guest rooms and a commercial kitchen.

With this latest expansion and renovation, the current Ronald McDonald House is the largest in the world with 206 guest rooms.
