The Eye Center

New five-story, 137,397 SF medical office building with lower level parking in the Arena District area of downtown Columbus. This project includes several physician's offices, an ambulatory surgery center with eight operating rooms fully equipped with medical gas columns, surgical microscopes and surgical lights, and 33 pre-op/post-op cubicles.

Tenant improvements totaled 91,707 SF for The Retina Group, Midwest Retina, Arena Eye Surgeons, Ophthalmic Surgeons & Consultants of Ohio, Central Ohio Eye Physicians & Surgeons, Central Ohio Neuro-Ophthalmology, Dr. Kapetansky, Downtown Physicians, and the Central Ohio Lion's Eye Bank.
