New student housing project in three-buildings totaling 40 units with a 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom mix. All units are complete with individual (per person) bathrooms, full kitchens with granite counters, living rooms with crown molding, and in-unit washer and dryers.

Phase 2 consists of an additional 54 units (162 beds), some with balconies. Also, part of Phase 2 is a one-and-a-half-story clubhouse that houses a fitness facility, student lounge, and game room.

Outdoor amenities include two courtyards with a concrete patio and grill space, a large, limestone firepit, and plenty of green space.
